This part time role offers a variety of admin and accounts duties within a warm and welcoming, friendly office as we provide business support to our network of owner-operator franchisees across the UK.

Full training provided
Office Location: Debenham, Suffolk
15 hours per week (5 per day) over Mon, Tue & Wed
Hourly Rate: £9.50 p/h rising to £10.42 p/h in April
Hours: 9.30am to 2.45pm (incl. 15 minute unpaid lunch)
Annual Paid Holiday: 12 days (incl. bank holidays & Christmas/ New Year shut down)

This role is ideal for a candidate seeking a local part-time position and attracts an initial 12-month contract with annual extensions and rewards for long service.
The successful applicant will be articulate, numerate, accurate, and a well-presented team player with excellent timekeeping and strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
The chosen candidate will be expected to adopt a proactive approach to managing their priorities and encouraged to develop problem-solving skills while empowered to actively contribute to group decision-making.

Screen Rescue provides a wide range of Windscreen and Glass-Scratch Removal Repair services to all sectors of the Commercial Automotive Industry on a regular and reliable basis. Formed in 2012, Screen Rescue is renowned in the industry for delivering unbeaten repair quality with the highest level of customer service on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a professional, tidy and organised office environment
Compile, maintain and distribute daily sales figures
Assist with Month End Statement and Management Information for all franchisees
Assist with general book-keeping, and month end and accounts duties
Maintain filing systems of hard-copy invoices, PON's, Remittance Advices and DSAR's
Maintain filing systems for YE accounts and monthly receipts
Maintain, and update quarterly and annual H&S Documents & QA records
Complete New Supplier and Vendor forms
Maintain, and update prospect, client and supplier filing systems
Raise and issue new/ revised client sheets to all technicians and franchisees
Answer incoming calls and pass written messages promptly to the recipient
Issue credit control and credit scoring data for new and existing clients on request
Complete accurate TOB’s for all new clients
Essential Skills & Experience:
Minimum qualifications – English and Maths GCSE/ O’ Level Grade ‘C’ or Grade 4 and above
Good working knowledge and experience of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Google, Internet based searches & Social Platforms
Positive friendly nature, with a flexible outlook to the contract hours
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work as part of a friendly team
Professional and client focussed with the ability to build good customer relationships
Experienced in planning, organising and completing a varied workload
Ability to work under pressure and prioritise
Clean driving license as we are based in a village location
